30A Digital Temperature Controller for High-Power Heating & Cooling
A 120V 30A digital temperature controller for compatible higher-power heaters, fans, refrigeration equipment, greenhouses, fermentation systems, and other temperature-controlled projects.
30A / 3600W Max Higher load capacity than standard 10A or 15A plug-in thermostat controllers.
Heating & Cooling Select heating mode for heaters or cooling mode for fans and compatible refrigeration equipment.
6.6 ft IP68 Probe Waterproof sensor probe for remote temperature measurement in humid or wet sensing areas.
Panel-Mount Wiring Designed for integrated installation — not a plug-and-play wall outlet thermostat.
Before You Order
Voltage: 120V AC only Maximum load: 30A / 3600W Control: Heating or cooling Installation: Panel-mount / wired Sensor: 6.6 ft IP68 probe included Adjustment: 0.1°F increments Compressor delay: 0–31 minutes Equipment: Must safely cycle through external temperature control
30A does not mean every 30A device is compatible. Motors, compressors, pumps, and fans can draw significantly more current during startup. Check running current, startup current, wiring capacity, and the equipment manufacturer's external-control requirements before installation.
120V only. Do not connect this controller to a 208V or 240V system.

Need a Simpler Plug-In Controller?
This 30A Controller Choose for higher-power 120V systems, heating or cooling control, panel installation, alarms, and compressor-delay functions.
Digital Plug-In Heating Thermostat Choose for simpler heating-only applications up to 10A / 1200W when plug-and-play installation and a timer are more important.
Attic Fan Thermostat Choose for smaller plug-in attic, exhaust, or ventilation fans that only need cooling-mode fan control.

0.1°F refers to setting resolution, not guaranteed total system accuracy. Actual control performance also depends on probe placement, sensor response, equipment behavior, airflow, thermal mass, and installation conditions.
The 30A / 3600W rating is a maximum controller rating. For motors, compressors, pumps, and fans, confirm startup current and the equipment manufacturer's switching requirements before connecting the load directly.
Before Installation
Confirm 120V AC supply Confirm running current Confirm startup current if applicable Confirm total wattage Select heating or cooling mode Plan suitable panel or enclosure Plan probe location Confirm wiring and circuit capacity
Basic Installation Sequence
- Disconnect power before wiring or mounting the controller.
- Confirm the supply and controlled equipment are 120V AC.
- Verify the equipment's running current, wattage, and startup current where applicable.
- Install the controller in a suitable panel, box, cabinet, or enclosure.
- Wire the power supply and controlled equipment according to the product wiring diagram.
- Route and secure the 6.6 ft sensor probe at the target measurement location.
- Select heating mode or cooling mode.
- Set the desired temperature and control parameters.
- For compressor equipment, set an appropriate restart delay according to equipment requirements.
- Set high and low temperature alarms if needed.
- Lock the keypad after configuration when accidental setting changes are a concern.
- Restore power and test multiple ON/OFF cycles before continuous operation.
This is not a plug-and-play thermostat. It requires panel mounting and electrical wiring. Use a qualified electrician or technician if you are not experienced with high-current 120V circuits.
Sensor Placement
Do Place the probe where it represents the temperature you actually want to control and secure it so the sensing position remains stable.
Do Not Place the probe directly beside a heater outlet, cooling vent, unstable fan airflow, direct sunlight, or another local hot or cold spot.
The probe is IP68 waterproof; the controller is not. The controller body, terminals, wiring, and electrical connections must remain protected from water, condensation, impact, and standing water.
