Straightforward warranty support
Every YeloDeer product includes a minimum 1-year limited warranty against eligible defects in materials, workmanship, or normal operation. Select products include longer coverage.
Warranty Periods
Coverage begins on the purchase date shown in the original order confirmation. The warranty period depends on the product category.

If a product page or written warranty document states a different warranty period, the product-specific term applies.
What the Warranty Covers
Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Product failures during normal residential or commercial use.
- System malfunctions caused by an eligible defect during the warranty period.
- Controller or thermostat failures caused by internal component issues.
- Heating cable failures under proper installation and use.
Not covered
- Improper installation or failure to follow the instructions or applicable electrical codes.
- Incorrect voltage, incompatible controls, or use in an unauthorized application.
- Modification, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
- Floods, lightning, earthquakes, and other acts of nature.
- Normal wear, cosmetic issues, or discoloration that does not affect operation.
- Products purchased second-hand or from an unauthorized seller.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Prepare your order details
Include your order number, purchase date, product name, and a clear description of the issue.

Add photos or video
Show the product, installation, and the problem clearly so our team can evaluate the claim.

Send everything to yelodeer@yelodeer.com. We normally reply within 2 business days.
YeloDeer determines warranty eligibility and may request proof of purchase, installation records, additional photographs, or other information needed to evaluate the claim.
Get 12 Extra Months of Warranty Coverage
After receiving your product, submit a video of at least one minute showing your experience, installation process, or a practical use of the product. Once accepted, 12 additional months of warranty coverage will be added to your purchase.
By submitting a video or image, you acknowledge that YeloDeer may use all or part of the submitted content for product demonstrations, educational materials, or promotional purposes.
