What’s Covered:
YeloDeer warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period defined per product category.
This warranty covers:
✔Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
✔Failures occurring under normal residential or commercial usage.
✔Defects resulting in system malfunction during the warranty period.
✔Controller or thermostat failures due to internal component issues.
✔Heating cable failures under proper installation and usage conditions.
If an issue arises, YeloDeer will—after determining that the product is eligible for warranty—provide one of the following solutions: Repair, Replacement, or Refund.
Fast Resolution: We’ll respond within 2 business days after receiving your claim, with a tailored solution based on our evaluation.
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
✖ Improper installation, including failure to follow provided instructions or applicable electrical codes.
✖ Use in unauthorized or unintended applications (e.g., incorrect voltage, incompatible control systems).
✖ Modification, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
✖ Damage from acts of nature (e.g., floods, lightning, earthquakes).
✖ Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or discoloration that does not affect function.
✖ Installation or removal costs, shipping fees, or other indirect damages.
✖ Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand.
YeloDeer reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility and may require proof of purchase, installation records, or photographs of the issue for claim processing.
