1. Reporting a Security Vulnerability
Yelodeer is committed to maintaining the security of its connected products. If you believe you have identified a potential security vulnerability in a Yelodeer product, we encourage responsible disclosure.
How to report a security issue:

2) Include a clear description of the issue and, where possible, the affected product model.
What to expect after submission:
We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 business days.
If necessary, we may request additional information to assist our assessment.
Where appropriate, we aim to keep the reporter informed of progress until the issue is resolved or formally assessed.
2. Security Update Support Period
Yelodeer provides security updates to address identified vulnerabilities in accordance with applicable UK regulatory requirements for products placed on the UK market.
For the following product:
Product: Yelodeer WiFi Smart Floor Heating Thermostat
Variants: All color variants
Security updates are supported until: 31 December 2028
After this date, the product may no longer receive security updates. This information is provided to help customers and distributors make informed decisions regarding product use and lifecycle planning.
3. Statement of Compliance (UK PSTI)
Yelodeer confirms that the connected product listed above complies with the applicable security requirements set out in:
The Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure Act 2022, and
The Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.
A formal Statement of Compliance has been issued by the manufacturer and applies to all color variants of this product.
Copies of the Statement of Compliance may be made available to distributors, retailers, or regulatory authorities upon request.
