We ship within the United States and Canada
Delivery is available to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and most Canadian provinces. Some remote or excluded areas may require a special shipping arrangement.

Delivery estimates begin after order processing and do not include weekends or holidays.
Before Your Order Ships
Cancel or change an address
- Contact us as soon as possible, preferably before 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the day you order.
- Our system closes the daily order batch at 1:00 AM Eastern Time and sends it to the warehouse.
- After warehouse processing starts, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Check your delivery details
- Confirm the street address, unit number, postal code, phone number, and email before checkout.
- A street address is recommended; PO Boxes may limit carrier options.
- Address errors may result in return or re-delivery charges.
Service-area note: Standard shipping is unavailable to Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. For a bulk order or special delivery request, email yelodeer@yelodeer.com.
Tracking & Delivery
Track your order
We will email your tracking number after shipment. You can also choose “Track My Order” in the website chat at the bottom-right of the screen.
Carriers and timing
Orders may ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canada Post, or another suitable carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
Expedited shipping: If a logistics issue prevents us from meeting the stated expedited timeline, we will contact you and refund the expedited shipping fee.
