1. Service Coverage & Destinations
We currently provide shipping services exclusively to the United States and Canada.
United States
We ship to the Contiguous United States. However, due to logistics constraints, we do not offer standard shipping to:
1. Non-Contiguous States: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI)
2. U.S. Territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.
3. Military Addresses: Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
Canada
We offer standard shipping to most provinces in Canada. However, we currently do not offer standard shipping to the following territories:
Territories: Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU), Yukon (YT).

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
We strive to keep shipping costs transparent and affordable:
Orders Over $30: FREE Standard Shipping 🎁
Orders Under $30: A flat shipping fee of $6.00 will be applied at checkout.
Expedited Shipping: A flat fee of $20.00 will be applied if this option is selected at checkout, regardless of the order value.
Note: Shipping fees are calculated based on the order subtotal after any discounts are applied and before taxes.
3. Order Processing Time
System Processing: All orders are processed at 0:00 AM (Washington D.C. Time / EST) for the previous day's orders.
Warehouse Handling: Items are typically prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days after processing.
Proactive Notification: For any orders experiencing significant handling delays, our customer service team will contact you directly via Email or SMS.
4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We partner with reliable carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canada Post) to ensure your products arrive safely.

Important Delivery Notes:
Weather Impact: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by extreme weather conditions (e.g., winter blizzards) or carrier peak seasons.
Expedited Service Guarantee: If you paid for Expedited Shipping and we cannot meet the timeline due to logistics issues, we will proactively contact you and refund your expedited shipping fee.
5. PO BOX & Remote Area Policy
To ensure successful delivery:
Physical Address Preferred: We strongly advise against using PO BOX addresses. In our experience, these often lead to delivery complications or failures.
Recommendation: Please provide a full street address, including building/suite numbers.
6. Address Accuracy & Responsibility
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. YeloDeer is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information.
Return Fees: If a package is returned due to an address error provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping and re-delivery costs.
Modifications: Contact us immediately if you spot an error. Once processed at 0:00 AM EST, changes may not be possible.
7. Holiday & Peak Season
During peak winter months or public holidays, high demand may lead to slight delays. We appreciate your patience.
