Installing an in-pipe heating cable isn't a very complicated task. However, without clear installation videos and given the variety of pipe setups our customers have, many aren't sure how to proceed. They may not know what tools or steps are needed.

We're launching this recruitment to gather your installation process. Your video will help us create a useful guide for future customers, making in-pipe heating cable installation easier for everyone.

How to Participate

If you’ve purchased our in-pipe heating cable, simply record a video while installing and send it to us.

Discount Information

After you submit the video, you'll receive a cashback reward based on the price you paid for the product. We will review your video within Three Business Days. The discount will be credited back to your purchase account. The discount amount will depend on the quality of your video, ranging from 20% to 40%. High-quality videos can earn up to 40% off.

High-Quality Video Guidelines

Include important steps, such as:
    ○ Display the product and accessories you received.
    ○ Show the installation scene (where is it being used? What freezing issues are you facing?), and provide some narration.
    ○ Demonstrate the connection of T-fitting.
    ○ Show the insertion of the cable and tightening the copper connectors.
    ○ Confirm that the GFCI green light is on and that the blue cable feels warm (indicating the cable is working properly).

Note: It’s up to you whether or not to include people in the video or show faces.

This tool does not require registration. Once you visit the site, click on "I just want to send files," as shown below:

Steps:

Click "Add files" to upload your video content.
Email the video to: yelodeer@yelodeer.com.
Enter your email address.
For the "Title," write your name and the product size you purchased.
After clicking "Transfer," you will receive a code in your email. Enter this code and click "Verify" to complete the upload.

Once the transfer reaches 100%, the upload is complete, and you can close the page.
