Return for product reasons
We can offer you replacements or return at no additional cost if it falls under below criterias:
● Items are faulty – damaged/broken upon arrival.
● We sent wrong item – size, type.

Return Steps
Step 1 - Contact Us via Email: Send us an email at yelodeer@yelodeer.com to clarify the situation. It will be appreciated to attach clear photos of the product you intend to return. Please include your order number in your email.
Step 2 - Review and Confirmation: Please allow us 24 hours to evaluate the photos you've shared. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Step 3 - Ship the Item Back: You may use a shipping carrier of your choice (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) to return the item to the address we provide.
Step 4 - Provide Tracking Information: After returning the item, please email us the tracking number from your chosen shipping carrier within 3 days. This helps us keep an eye on its journey back and ensures a smooth process for you.
Step 5 - Receiving the Returned Item: Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct a careful assessment to verify the item's compliance with our return standards.
Step 6 - Refund Process: If the returned item is in acceptable condition, we will initiate a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return for personal reasons
You may return items within 7 days from the delivered date as long as the item is unused, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. In this instance, you would be greatly appreciated in providing us with your order details and comprehensive images of the products via email at yelodeer@yelodeer.com
Please Note: We are Sorry that the cost of shipping the item back to us will be incurred by you. And please understand that we reserve the right to decline a return if the item doesn't meet our criteria.

Refund policy
During the one-year warranty period, we fully assume responsibility for any product with a manufacturing defect. Customer need to make sure the damage is not because of man-made sabotage. Providing relevant photos and videos will help a swift processing of your application. Once approved, we will promptly process your refund.
We will process your return, refund request within 48 hours. Refunds will be credited to your account via the original payment method within 7 days of approval.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible, we utilize an automated fulfillment system. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:
Cancellation Deadline: If you wish to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request via email to yelodeer@yelodeer.com before 24:00 (Midnight) on the same day the order was placed.
Processing Information: Once this deadline has passed, your order will automatically enter our shipping system for immediate dispatch.
Post-Shipment Cancellations: If a cancellation request is received after the shipment has been processed or dispatched, the order cannot be intercepted. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs associated with returning the item to our warehouse.
