Container capacity alone does not guarantee compatibility. Confirm circumference, container material, surface condition, and the safe heating limit of the contents before use.
Horizontal or Vertical Installation

Horizontal Wrap Usually provides broader contact around the bucket circumference and is the preferred setup for many standard 5-gallon buckets.
Vertical Installation May be used on compatible shapes when the heater can still remain flat, secure, and in good surface contact.
Gas Cylinder Use Requires Extra Caution
Do not assume a propane or other gas cylinder can be heated simply because the wrap fits. Use on a gas cylinder only when the cylinder manufacturer permits external warming and the cylinder remains within its approved temperature limits.
Never use the heater around leaking gas, flames, sparks, or other ignition hazards.

Before Installation

Basic Setup

- Place the bucket or container on a stable surface.
- Inspect the container and heater for damage.
- Wrap the heater evenly around the container.
- Choose horizontal or vertical positioning as appropriate.
- Secure the Velcro straps and adjustable buckle.
- Make sure the heater remains flat and snug against the surface.
- Plug the heater into a properly grounded 120V outlet.
- Monitor the first heating cycle and periodically check the contents.
- Unplug the heater when warming is no longer required.
Installation Rules
Keep It Flat Do not operate while folded, bunched, overlapped, or crushed.
Use a Safe Container Do not install on a leaking, damaged, unstable, or unsuitable container.
Do Not Submerge Do not immerse the heating wrap, cord, plug, or electrical connection.
Keep Power Dry The PU outer layer does not make the electrical connection safe for standing water or exposed rain.
Do Not Modify Do not cut, puncture, splice, or alter the heater.
Monitor Operation This model has no adjustable thermostat. Check the material periodically and unplug when warming is no longer needed.
For Better Warming Performance
- Wrap the heater snugly around the container.
- Use a container lid when appropriate.
- Keep the bucket off very cold floors when practical.
- Reduce direct wind exposure.
- Allow sufficient time for a full bucket to warm.
- Stir compatible materials when safe and appropriate.
Outdoor Use
The outer PU material helps resist moisture, but do not leave the plug or outlet exposed to rain, snow, or standing water. Use suitable weather protection and keep electrical connections off the ground.
