YeloDeer 55 Gal Drum Heater Blanket with Thermostat Controller
The YeloDeer Drum Heater System is designed to maintain and gently heat materials stored in 55 gallon drums and similar containers. It helps reduce liquid viscosity, improve material flow, and prevent thickening or crystallization caused by low temperatures.
The system includes a full-coverage heating blanket, insulated top cover, and digital thermostat controller for precise temperature adjustment and automatic heating control.

Installation Overview
The drum heater is designed for simple wrap-around installation on compatible containers. Proper installation ensures uniform heating performance and safe operation.
Installation Steps
- Insert the thermostat sensor probe into the sensor pocket.
- Place the sensor pocket firmly against the drum surface. The aluminum foil side should directly contact the drum.
- Wrap the heating blanket evenly around the drum and ensure full contact without gaps or folds.
- Secure the blanket using the Velcro straps and adjustable buckle.
- Install the insulation cap on the top of the container to reduce heat loss.
- Connect the heater to the thermostat controller, then plug into a properly grounded 120V AC outlet.
Important Installation Notes
Full Surface Contact Ensure the heating blanket fits tightly against the container surface for efficient heat transfer.
Correct Sensor Placement The thermostat sensor should remain in direct contact with the drum surface for accurate temperature control.
Avoid Folding Do not operate the heater when folded, overlapped, or tightly creased.
Check Power Supply Confirm the power supply matches 120V AC before operation.
Hot Surface Warning: The heating surface may become hot during operation. Do not touch the heater surface while powered.
