Important Before Ordering
The tank must contain liquid while the heater pad is operating. Do not plug in or operate the heater pad when the tank is empty. Liquid inside the tank helps absorb and distribute heat.
This product is designed for 120V AC power only. Do not connect it directly to a 12V DC electrical system.
Confirm that each tank has a suitable flat mounting area before ordering. Do not cut, trim, stretch, fold, puncture, crease, resize, or otherwise modify the heater pad.
For RV underbody or outdoor use, the outlet should be protected by a GFCI device. Keep the plug and electrical connection away from standing water.
The heater pad protects the tank area where it is installed. Exposed pipes, valves, elbows, fittings, and other plumbing components may require separate insulation or freeze protection.

Installation Overview
Install each heater pad on the bottom or lower side of a compatible RV tank, preferably on a flat area near the lowest point and close to the drain or outlet area.
- Keep the heater pad unplugged during installation.
- Clean the tank surface thoroughly to remove dirt, oil, moisture, and debris.
- Make sure the mounting surface is fully dry, smooth, and free from sharp protrusions.
- For better adhesion, install when the tank surface is at room temperature or at least 50°F / 10°C.
- Peel the protective backing from the adhesive side of the heater pad.
- Position the heater pad flat against the bottom or lower side of the tank.
- Press firmly and evenly across the entire pad to ensure full contact with the tank surface.
- Remove trapped air bubbles during installation.
- Apply suitable adhesive tape around the pad edges when needed to improve long-term adhesion and help prevent edge lifting.
- Secure the power cord so it cannot hang loose, rub against sharp edges, contact moving parts, or be pulled during vehicle movement.
- Plug the heater pad directly into a properly grounded 120V AC outlet.
- For RV underbody or outdoor installations, use a GFCI-protected outlet and keep the plug and connection point away from standing water.
- Confirm that the power indicator illuminates when power is active.
Important Installation Notes
Install on a Flat Surface
Choose a smooth tank-bottom or lower-side area that allows full contact across the heater pad.
